If your knife is damaged within the warranty period, we offer you a straightforward solution. You can exchange your damaged knife for a new one and continue to benefit from the quality of our products.

Our 5-year warranty on kitchen knives

We offer a five-year warranty on our entire range of kitchen knives. If a knife is damaged during this period, you have the option of exchanging it for a new one. Important points of our warranty:

  • Each knife model can be exchanged once under the warranty.
  • If the original knife is no longer available or sold out, you can choose an equivalent kitchen knife from our range.
  • If the replacement knife you choose is more expensive than the product you originally purchased, you only pay the price difference.

This is how we ensure that you will enjoy your kitchen knife for a long time to come.

Warranty exchange procedure

In order to process your warranty claim quickly, we need some information about the damaged knife.

The following information is required to process your warranty claim:

  • Clear, high-resolution photos of the damaged knife
  • A brief description of the damage

We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged goods. In some cases, we may waive this requirement and deliver a replacement directly. An exchange or processing will take place at the latest as soon as:

  • we have received the returned knife, or
  • we have received proof of return.

Returns and shipping costs

The following conditions apply to returns under warranty:

  • The buyer bears the cost of the return shipment.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are not refunded.
  • In certain cases, we may also offer a partial refund, depending on the condition or use of the item. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

A full refund of the purchase price is generally excluded, as the warranty is designed for replacement or exchange.

Cases not covered by the warranty

Our 5-year warranty covers material or manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • gross negligence
  • improper use or misuse
  • normal wear and tear from regular use

Furthermore, free products or free gifts that are not part of the regular order are not covered by this warranty. If a free item is damaged, there is no entitlement to a replacement.

Right of withdrawal

Regardless of our warranty, you have the statutory right of withdrawal for 30 days from the date of delivery. Within this period, you can return your order in accordance with our cancellation policy.
