Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Decided you don’t want to keep your order after all? No problem. At SKeld, as a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. This means you can withdraw from your purchase agreement within 30 days without having to provide a reason.
The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you—other than the shipping carrier—received the last item in your order.
How to Cancel
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us of your withdrawal within the 30-day withdrawal period. You must then return the goods to us immediately, but no later than 14 days after your notice of withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you return the goods to us before the 14 days have expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of the return.
Please handle the goods with care while inspecting them. You will only be liable for any loss in value if it resulted from handling the goods in a manner not necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Additional Return Options
You can request a return quickly, easily, and hassle-free using our return form. You’ll find the cancellation button in the footer of every page of our online store.
