Shipping processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are shipped only on business days. To guarantee delivery times, cancellations are no longer possible after an order has been placed.

Shipping costs to Canada | 7-14 business days via DHL | CAD $100 shipping costs
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to reasons attributable to the supplier. Delayed deliveries are not grounds for cancellation.
Special Conditions and Holiday Shipping
If shipping is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email. Due to the high volume of shipments during the holiday season, shipping companies require more time for delivery.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be available within 24 hours.

Customs duties, fees, and taxes for shipments outside Germany / non-EU countries
We cover all applicable taxes and customs duties, which are transparently displayed to the customer during checkout and added to the product price. Depending on the destination country, additional shipping costs may apply, which are also shown during checkout.
Customers will not incur any additional customs or tax costs upon delivery.
We expressly note that there is no right of withdrawal or cancellation for orders outside the European Union or from a third country, unless mandatory legal provisions preclude this.
If a package is returned to us due to refusal of acceptance or for other reasons attributable to the customer, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping, return, and processing costs from any refund.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
Damage
We will replace the items for you if they are defective or damaged. Please send a photo of the defective or damaged item to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery for review.
We have the right to request that the product be returned at your expense or to waive this right and replace the damaged product without requiring a return.
In addition, a credit note may be requested instead of a new shipment. At our discretion, the credit note may also be issued as a bank transfer to your account. In this case, the goods must be returned to us at the buyer’s expense.
A partial credit note is also possible upon consultation. In this case, the customer may keep the goods; a return is not required, and the agreed credit will be transferred.
If the address is incorrect
Sometimes a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address. In this case, the package will be returned to us. In this case, please contact our customer service.
If only part of the order was delivered
If items are missing from an undamaged package, please contact our customer service.
If a delivery was made to the wrong address
If you provided the correct shipping address during checkout but the package was delivered to the wrong address, you can contact us.
